Quality issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality if the product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item and we'll investigate and sort things out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into this the issue and make it right.
Wrong size / changed your mind.
Unfortunately we can't offer refunds if the item doesn't fit, or if you simply change your mind. Please get in touch and we'll do whatever we can to help.
Lost in post
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us 30 days after placing your order. If you contact before this, we can have a look at the status, but won't be able to action until 30 days - this is due to transit conditions.
